WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY ?
You can request to return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.
Please take care when trying on items, as we cannot accept goods that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume.
The item(s) must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange can be issued.
In addition, items must be returned in their original, undamaged Co-lab369 box and cloth travel bag as this is considered part of the product. To ensure that your return is adequately protected in transit, we recommend you send your items back in the original outer packaging provided.
We do not accept any item with any indication that it was worn or used. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and may be returned to the purchaser.

Until you return items to us, you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer international exchanges, or free international returns.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN ?
If you’ve met the above requirements, you may submit a Return Request through our website HERE.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the Return Request is sent.
If you didn’t make an account with us, simply fill in the returns form with all the required information.

Once your return request has been authorised, we will contact you via email and supply you with a Returns Authorisation (RA) Number, the return address details and a Returns Form, which should be included inside your return package. Please wait to receive all required returns information before sending any returns.
Please note, our team is off duty on weekends.
We can only accept returned items if you use a registered postal service to return goods, and keep a record of the tracking details, as we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item being returned. Therefore, without proof of returned delivery we would be unable to process any refund.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURNED ITEM ?
All European and International orders purchased from Colab369.com need to be returned to our Returns Centre in France.
We will provide you with the full address details, once your return has been authorised.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND ?
Once we receive your return, please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund.
PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment
method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the garments only.
ARE RETURNS FREE ?
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to the Co-lab369 warehouse for refund, is not covered or reimbursed by us. We understand that some international postage can be costly, so we do not expect express shipping on returns.
All returned items must use a ‘signed for’ delivery service for your own assurance and as proof that we have received your returned package.
The 14-day returns period applies only to the time in which a return must first be requested. Therefore, once you receive your order, if you do wish to return the item then we advise you to do this within 48 hours by filling in our returns form.
